The cream container has an outlet for buttermilk and the butter output from the cream is 35-50%. The maximum cream load is 3.8 liters or 1 gallon and the minimum cream load is 1.5 liters or 0.4 gallons.

- After you get the cream from the milk, put it in the fridge for 1-3 days. The cream has to ripen.

- The best cream temperature before processing is 14-16°Celsius / 57-60° Fahrenheit.

- The maximum cream load is 3.8 liters or 1 gallon. The minimum cream load is 1.5 liters or 0.4 gallons.
