Alternative Delivery options (Over 7ft models)
For saunas over 7 ft long, the crate is too large for standard tailgate delivery, so you’ll be responsible for arranging how it’s unloaded from the truck. Most customers either rent a forklift (fork extensions required), hire a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and deliver it to their home, or discuss unloading options directly with the trucking company before delivery.
If the crate arrives damaged, you can still accept the shipment, but please take clear photos of the damage, note it on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (for example, “Crate arrived damaged – possible hidden damage”), and contact us right away so we can help resolve it for you.
